Roei Siboni

When I joined real estate I knew that my first few years were about creating the foundation of the whole business. I can look back and say six years later, I've done it! I have a team of really strong people helping me and from here, the sky is the limit!

Born in Israel in 1981, I joined the army which taught me that everything is possible, you just have to aim, put the target there and go hard! One of my main motivations is my family, my amazing wife Nati and my three little boys Yehonatan, Eitan, and Netanel.

The most important thing for us is trust. Trusting your agent is vital because if you trust your agent, you will know that he will maximize the sale, create maximum competition, multiple offers and achieve a premium price.

I don't consider real estate to be work, I just love it! I'm meeting with people, building relationships, and I'm passionate about it. For Team Siboni the sky is the limit and the future is very bright!

 

Sarah Cadigan

PA to Roei / Licensee Salesperson

Sarah’s career in real estate began with a suggestion from a family friend, and it quickly became her true calling. What started as a leap of faith has now blossomed into a successful 5-year journey in Nelson's real estate market.

Throughout her career, Sarah has had the privilege of working alongside top real estate professionals, learning from the best in the business. From her time with leading agents in the region, to her role as a PA and administrator for one of Nelson's most accomplished agents, Sarah has gained invaluable experience that continues to fuel her growth. She is now working as a Sales Associate and PA for Team Siboni, further strengthening her role within the industry.

In addition to her work in real estate, Sarah briefly worked at a law firm as a personal assistant, where she honed her organizational and administrative skills. This unique combination of real estate experience and legal insight allows her to provide clients with a well-rounded, detail-oriented service.

Sarah’s approach is diligent, approachable, and always professional. She prides herself on clear communication, transparency, and making the real estate process as seamless as possible for clients.

 

Lana Hughes

With over 13 years of experience in education and senior leadership, Lana brings a wealth of expertise in communication, organisation, and a strong leadership skillset to her career in real estate. Transitioning into the industry marks an exciting new chapter after years of wondering “what if.” Real estate allows Lana to combine her love for working with people with her keen interest in homes, architecture, and interior design.

Originally from Dunedin and proud of her Kiwi–Filipino heritage, Lana is now based in the Nelson–Tasman region, where she has built a strong and trusted network within the community. Known for her honesty, warmth, and attention to detail, Lana draws on her background in leadership to build meaningful connections and deliver exceptional service. She believes that the foundation of success in both life and real estate lies in listening and fostering genuine relationships.

Lana strives to make the real estate process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, adding a touch of warmth and wit along the way. She understands that buying or selling a home can be both exciting and emotional, and she is committed to walking alongside her clients every step of the way. Whether you’re buying, selling, or simply exploring your next move, Lana ensures you feel supported, informed, and confident throughout your journey.

Outside of real estate, Lana is a proud mum to two young girls, Mia and Amelie, and wife to Chris. She enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time outdoors, and baking beautiful cakes.

As the Social Media Manager Jeff is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring Facebook campaigns for the exceptional Team Siboni brand. His goal is to create an experience that is different, engaging and successful - and working with Roei and his amazing team allows him to do so.
